Job Description

The Revenue Operations Director will serve as a critical partner for our global Marketing, Sales, and SDR leadership. You will be a lynchpin between many of our internal teams to ensure that our marketing, sales, and customer success systems, analytics and processes are in place. This means diving in and making recommendations for today, but also looking ahead as we continue to grow and strategizing on how to get there.

Base salary range for this role to be between $108,560 and $141,680. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:

What you will do

  • Go-To-Market: coordinate with the GTM team for identifying key opportunities, accounts and plays to accelerate pipeline growth, accelerate stuck deals, account expansion, renewal plays and client co-marketing initiatives.

  • Process: Partner closely with leadership to develop actionable, measurable opportunities that accelerate sales growth and improve sales and customer success processes and operations across all stages of the customer lifecycle

  • Develop and maintain “in demand” dashboards that support day-to-day operations and growth related KPIs.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing operations to ensure our processes produce the appropriate data that allow Sales and Marketing to have a shared understanding of the funnel.

  • Work closely with Sales Operations to adjust measurements with changes in processes and utilize those same data to make recommendations for process improvements.

  • Analyze impact of SDR and Marketing efforts and investments through various attribution models (e.g. first-touch, multi-touch). Guide investments toward those things that are quantifiably more likely to provide results we seek.

  • Project and forecast results based on different recommendations
