Join our Sugar + Spoon Food Trailer team in Cle Elum!
Who are we?
Sugar + Spoon is a safe-to-eat cookie dough business based in Seattle, Washington. We currently have two food trucks and a store in the UDistrict of Seattle. We have recently expanded and have purchased a stationary food trailer to be parked in Suncadia for the summer. We have a team of highly motivated, extroverted employees and managers in Seattle and we are looking for similar people to staff our trailer in Cle Elum.
Day in the life of a scooper:
Prepare trailer for the day (cleaning, restocking, updating menu, taking inventory) / complete opening list of tasks
Interact with customers with a positive, friendly attitude
Work efficiently with our Point of Sale system and cash sales.
Fulfill orders- scoop cookie dough into cups or cones, top with ice cream scoops, and add toppings accordingly- must look presentable and delicious!
Clean clean clean!
Complete the closing list of tasks each day and take more inventory!
Communicate with the manager on various scheduling and restocking needs.
Scooper Qualifications:
18 years or older
Open availability including evenings, weekends & holidays during the summer (June 20th to September 6th)
Work 15-30/hours per week
Can stand on your feet for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks in close proximity to others
Extreme attention to detail! We serve cookie dough creations that MUST look social media ready!
Have a Current Food Handler’s card (You can acquire this after you receive a job offer)
Have an outstanding positive attitude and energy!

All the same tasks as a scooper!
Prepare trailer for the day (cleaning, restocking, updating menu, taking inventory) / complete opening list of tasks

Work efficiently with our Point of Sale system and cash sales.

In charge of ordering cookie dough and getting the items to restock the trailer.
Schedule shifts and make sure the trailer is properly staffed each week for the summer.
Check in with the owners / Seattle office to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Move trailer when needed.
Manager Qualifications:
18 years or older
Open availability including evenings, weekends & holidays during the summer (June 20th to September 6th)
Work 30-40/hours per week.
Fantastic communication and organization.
Coordinate with owners to communicate needs and routine updates.
Ability to schedule, train, and manage a group of scoopers
Can stand on your feet for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks in close proximity to others
