Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the order-to-cash process is executed smoothly. Accounting for errors that prevent accurate and timely billing and resolving them using approved Service Level Agreements. Communicate effectively with customer experience, operations and billing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review, and manage open orders daily including escalations
  • Manage delayed billing cases and escalated open orders
  • Assist in creation of billing packet such as resolving weight and quantity discrepancies, scanning paperwork, closing manifest
  • Manager Direct Ship process by communicating with Customer Experience
  • Identify continuous improvement ideas and work with BPI team to improve OTC process.
  • Lead weekly meetings with management and relevant staff
  • Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or 2+ years’ experience in operations, customer service or billing
  • Experience 1+ years in Salesforce
  • Experience 1+ years managing projects or client relations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hazardous waste industry
  • Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects
