Senior Benefit Services has clients in +25 states with 10 different office locations.

SBS is seeking to hire a Medicare Sales Assistant to create leads and set appointments for our senior agents to work. Senior Benefit Services is looking to create a steady lead source by hiring year round telemarketers to prospect the various lists and leads we have.

Job Description

Looking to work for a great team? Senior Benefit Services is looking for individuals who are interested in a career in sales to join our team as a Medicare Sales Assistant. Senior Benefit Services employees have a passion for helping senior citizens and giving them peace of mind. Senior Benefit Services has an expansive product portfolio that includes Medicare insurance, life insurance, cancer insurance, hospital indemnity plans, home health care insurance, recovery care policies, dental vision hearing insurance, annuities and investments.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Assist with phone calls to prospects encouraging appointments with a Medicare specialist in an effort to support sales growth

-Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of insurance products, compliance regulations, and systems for processing workflow

-Effectively manage product and service client inquiries and questions regarding various products and services, specifically providing customer service to senior health clients.

-Direct prospects to the field sales agents when needed

-Enter and updated any notes or customer information into database to qualify leads

Qualifications

Qualifications

-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and ability to navigate CRMs

-Proven experience as a tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role

-Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

-Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects

$150- $300 WEEKLY BONUS POTENTIAL
