• Design, develop, maintain, operate and support software applications and integrations on the Magento 2 Enterprise platform
• Develop custom code, integrations, and entity relationship to address specific business requirements
• Implementation/support of Magento 2 third party plug-ins and software
• Work with Digital Marketing team and internal designers
• Ensure site usability, performance and resilience requirements are always met
• Awareness of code efficiencies such as the reuse of common modules and identify opportunities for request consolidation and/or reusability
• Web Server administration
• Analyze business, technical, infrastructure and architectural requirements including inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements to evolve solution design options
• Formulate design using best practices, analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequence of design
• Create specifications for customizations, configurations, custom code, data migration and integration requirements
• Design, develop, and implement custom API’s.
• Design user interfaces and creates mockups for application features
• Design and develop customizations, extensions and reports to model business processes
• Ensure all application development work is consistent with programming standards and best practices
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with the latest technologies and industry standards
• Maintain and assure confidentiality of data
• Maintain and assure compliance with all IT policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 5+ years of web development experience
• Object-oriented design experience
• Able to collaborate by using an Agile methodology
• Multitasking and good organizational skills
• Proven experience a web application developer
• Experience in designing and building web applications
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented software design and programming principles
• Proven software development experience in PHP (Magento 2)
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.JS, Python
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Search Engines, etc.)
• MySQL, MSSQL, NoSQL - SQL query language and database structure/design
• Experience in BI components (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS)
• Server Admin for Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL
• Experience with Waterfall & Agile development methodologies
• Results oriented
