Technician/Manager A/C, Refrigeration and Cooking Equipment

This position is located in the St Thomas US Virgin Islands. Person applying must be willing to relocate to St Thomas.

Position is for a Combination Manager/Field Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial Hotside, refrigeration, and A/C equipment. If qualified will also be dispatching and helping other lower level technicians/helpers with troubleshooting and diagnostics. Coordinate parts ordering and making sure service calls are completed in a timely fashion. Making sure customers are taken care of and satisfied. Deal with the day to day service needs. Also be coordinating scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and respond to emergency service calls on equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair, refrigeration and cooking equipment

Complete service calls in a timely manner, treating customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism

Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales

Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain Service Vehicle

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of refrigeration equipment service experience/Management experience a plus

Be able to diagnose and repair equipment

Be able to communicate with Customers

Good Work Ethic(Being on time, Pride in work)

Maintain a Valid Driver License with a good driving record
