Job Summary

The Recruiter will be the face of TP&L Management Companies. This individual will perform human resource responsibilities, but primarily perform the following: attract, hire, and on-board new employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The preferred candidate will be based in Casper, Wyoming. You will be working with other team members and department managers to create & modify job descriptions, and then use the job description to place job postings & search for candidates. You will assist with the design and implementation of the overall recruiting strategy by advertising and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other applicable sources. Once a candidate has been hired, you will play a role in the onboarding and orientation process; depending on position, you may be a resource to the newly hired employee for the first several weeks to help ensure proper onboarding & orientation.

Responsibilities include creating & placing advertisements for job vacancies, reviewing applications & resumes, interviewing candidates, attending career fairs, coordinating & scheduling interviews for managers, preparing offers of employment, onboarding newly hired employees, in addition to other human resource responsibilities.

The following is preferred:

  • Business degree, or related
  • 2 years of office / human resource experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Paycom software experience
