Finance Controller Media

Job Description

Publicis Groupe Finance department is looking for a Finance Controller Media (FCM).

Core competences of the FCMis to understand the media business and its processes, risks and controls.This also involves working with HFM - Groupe month end reporting and budgeting system and SAP – main operational system.

We are looking for a candidate who has good communication skills, ability to solve issues, improve control environment, improve internal processes, prepare closing files, audit trails documentation. With ability to analyze financial data, forecast, budget, analyze actuals, be a business partner to Media management with hands on operational information.

Maintaining budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with business

Responsible for client revenue reporting, variance analysis

Improving and enhancing Media control framework

Responsible for media PL and balance sheet

Responsible for month-end Media closing process

Preparation of various operational reports on media performance

Participation in improving collectability, trade working capital KPI

Participating in providing inputs/data for pitches

Responsible for improvement of audit results both internal, external and client audits

Supervising compliance: customer contracts, terms, conditions, audits

Reporting to CFO

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant work experience (media experience is a plus)

SAP, HFM knowledge is a plus

Proficiency in Dutch and English (writing and speaking)

Analytical skills

Communication skills

Experience in projects reconciliations, client contracts, compliance

Open and positive personality
