Job Description:

Our rapidly growing Internet retail business is looking for an accomplished, up-beat and friendly individual to join our team as a Technical Support Agent. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s network and customer database and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

This position will require:

  • Understanding of computers from Windows to Mac, as well as internet based applications such as email apps and browsers.
  • Basic understanding of networking and networking equipment.
  • Showing attention to detail and documentation.
  • Customer service skills, and working with customers over the phone and in person.
  • Patience and a willingness to learn, this is a must.
  • Ability to work in multiple systems at the same time
