- Proven experience as a technical trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or commensurate experience in a relevant position
- Previous experience as a Software Technical Trainer
- Ability to communicate training in English
- Knowledge of developing software (C or Java preferred)
- Basic knowledge of control technology
- Excellent skills to express complex technical issues both orally and in writing
- Ability to recognize logistical context
- Travel required, up to 10%
- Passport or ability to obtain one
- $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience
