CNC Machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC mill/lathe machinist. Must have manual machining experience 3+ years mill.

TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Drug and Background

STARTING PAY RANGE: Starting wage depends on Applicable experience level

MINIMIM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3 YEARS

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: (must have all to be hired)

1) Applicants should possess broad backgrounds with programming of turning centers, horizontal and vertical machining centers; with the ability to program, setup and operate.

2) Have good to excellent blueprint reading skills; Have good to excellent math and/or trig skills;

3) Able to accurately use precision measuring devices, inspect pieces to specifications

PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years experience in all aspects of close tolerance machining

G & M code experience

JOB DUTIES & RELATED INFORMATION:

We are seeking qualified Machinists. Applicants' experience should include at a minimum, 3 years experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills in the manufacture of various alloys and stainless steel components.

For CNC Machinists, programming of Mazak Quickturns, Mazak 510 VTC-41M with Mazatrol Matrix control panel and HAAS mill is highly preferred. Position requires standing, and walking, 8 to 10 hours per day, and routine lifting to a minimum of 50-lbs. Machinist must have their own basic tools. Daily and weekly overtime could be required.

You will be required to setup, program at the machine, and operate Mazak and HAAS mills and lathes. Mazatrol experience and G-code is a plus. Must have experience with steel and aluminum.
