Local family owned restaurant group is expanding and opening a new high end sports lounge in the heart of Waikiki! 40+ TV's, inside and outside dining, multiple bars and lots of HD big screen TVs!
What we are looking for:
- Seasoned General Manager that can operate a restaurant front to back
- Must Love Hospitality and the great feeling of creating a vibrant atmosphere for guests and staff
- Must Love Sports and be able to manage sports schedule and update game showings weekly
- Must Love putting in those long GM hours!
- Experience with restaurant openings a huge plus
- Must know how to create labor budgets and analyze P&Ls
- Must understand food costing
- Must be computer savvy
- Pizza Knowledge a HUGE plus
