DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Responsibilities
  • Participate in Fit Gap and Review meetings to clarify and confirm the business processes and requirements.
  • Reviewing, documenting, analyzing, and evaluating existing applications/programs to understand specific system requirement and end user need.
  • Analyze difference in product and project requirements and identify efficient solutions to incorporate the client needs.
  • Define and document system requirements and collaborate with technical software and system development and testing teams to identify potential roadblocks in agreed functionality to evaluate alternate solutions.
  • Prepare activity diagrams and process flowcharts as part of the documentation process.
  • Prepare test scenarios and conduct unit, system, and integration testing on the developed solutions.
  • Monitor project scope through requirement management for both tax and benefits, including identifying project level and iteration level backlogs and tracking progress for future deliverables.
  • Monitor project incident reports filed by system clients on developed iterations and ensure functionality has been documented and developed including enhancement.
  • Assist teammates in weekly updated assignment schedules based on week expectations.
  • Participate in potential project RFP analysis to confirm if requirements are integrated into the current system and identify outside scope requirements.
  • Designing content centric workflow and related functionality for Unemployment Insurance systems that can interface with third party software.
  • Identification of process improvements and facilitation of redesign of business process.
  • Review test scripts and test script PIRS.
  • Design user interface prototype screens and navigational flows.
  • Facilitate Product Configuration or other design sessions with clients.
  • Execute production rollout activities.
  • Support the education and training of end users, working to increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Review and prioritize problem incident reports (PIRs) logged by client and staff testers.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must meet the following requirements.
  • Net (ASP.NET; C#); MS SQL Server and Secure File Transfer Protocol.
  • 1-3 years of TA role experience
  • Understanding and experience with various methodologies used to deliver projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work on various teams and contribute to the success of the teams.
  • Experience in UI systems will be a PLUS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
  • Must be fluent reading writing and speaking English.
  • Must be located in Texas.
TERMS OF SERVICEServices are expected to start in the late April to early May timeframe. Project may be for up to two years. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.WORK HOURS AND LOCATIONServices shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the

Customer and EKHP Consulting. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

. Work will be done remote during the Covid crisis. Work may be required on site once the Covid restrictions have been removed. The Candidate(s) may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as requested. Payment for work over 40 hours will be at the hourly rate quoted and must be coordinated and pre-approved by the Customer.
