Apartment and Grounds Maintenance Position

Mid-size, family owned management company seeks mature, experienced, maintenance worker. Duties are varied. We do everything necessary to keep the properties in very good condition: Some cleaning, yard work, snow removal, service calls, turnovers between tenants, painting, repairs, carpentry, remodeling, auto and machinery repair. Pay is based on skills and experience.

The crew is small and we work together constantly, so it's important that you work well with others.

Applicant should live within 20 minutes of Ithaca and have reliable transportation. Although it doesn't happen often, quick response to emergency calls is required.

Hours are generally 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday but snow removal must be done on the weekends, if necessary.
