Seeking qualified candidates for HR coordinator position.

Associates Degree preferred but not required; however, experience candidates will be given preference.

You must have excellent computer skills.

You must have excellent skills with Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, QuickBooks.

You must be detail oriented and accustomed with handling Payroll, Taxes, Worker Comp claims, Insurances and Retirement Plans.

You must be organized and capable of handling paperwork efficiently, including filing and storage.

You must be able to communicate professionally over the phone, via email and in person.

You must be bilingual.

You will perform a range of HR admin duties which include communicating with company employees, keeping up with numerous administrative requirements, events, paperwork, recruiting/onboarding, career fairs, interviews, onboarding, other general duties related to HR.

Paid based on experience, with full benefits including Vacation time, Sick time, Personal time, Paid Holidays, Parental Leave, Bereavement Leave, 401(k), Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance plans.
