We are a fast paced digital e-Commerce agency based in Sydney and Melbourne specialising in all things

Shopify and

Magento! As a result ofseveralnew business wins, we are on the hunt for amid to senior levelproject manager to join our team!

We are empowered to think autonomously and act with an entrepreneurial spirit to help maintain the exceptional growth we have experienced over the last year(yes, Covid and all).

We work hard but have a lot of fun along the way! Our office is equipped with table tennis and a pool table so we're hoping you know how to play a game or two!

So what does your day look like?

  • Project Initiation:define the project vision and strategy fore-commerceprojects

  • ProjectImplementation:manage various eCommerce web development projects from concept through todelivery

  • Risk & IssueManagement:track & manage risks, issues, decisions &dependencies

  • FinancialManagement:trackfinancial overview bymaintainingprojectbudgetandmanagetimelines

  • ClientEngagement:leadweeklyclientupdate meetings (WIPs)and communicateany changes or risksclearly,in a timelymanner

  • StakeholderEngagement:develop strong client relationships,identifyingways that we can help our clients grow their onlinebusiness

Qualifications

Ideally we are looking for someone who has had exposure to digital & e-Commerce platforms such as

Magento, Shopify, Mirakl,Akeneo but if you're equipped with the below:

  • 3 + years within digital project management rolewithin amulti-disciplinaryenvironment
  • Experience with multi-faceted stakeholder engagement with the ability to consult & influence business decisions
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore & offshore | co-located & remote)
  • Work closely with UX/UIDesigners, Business Analysts, Developers,Solution Architectsleading in the ideation,design,anddeliveryof the productimplementations
  • Agile methodology & agile software development lifecycle
  • Kanban &scrummethodology
  • Exposure to project tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence
  • Comfortable managing technical project teams, defining requirements, and resolving blockers for team members
