Job Description
We needanexperiencedOperatorwho can perform the various tasks within Surface as well as mentoring and motivating the night shift team.
- Previous experience following SOP's in a production environment
- Manage workload distribution for the department
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to Supervisor
- Monitor job quality levels - analyzing rejected jobs, breakage issues
- Ensure correct flow of work is processed in a timely manner
- Track production figures for team, reportinginfo to Supervisor
- Assist in training new and current Team members
- Communicates with other Team Leads to resolve department issues
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a team lead or supervisory position is essential
· Previous optical lab environment or similar optical field would be awesome
· Must be able to read and write English
· Beginner to intermediate knowledge in MS Office including Word & Excel
· Sustained light (20# or less) physical effort is required
