Sales Coordinator Full Time
Position will assist the sales department of a truck/trailer dealership located in Fontana. The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the sales department of the dealership reporting directly to the owner/sales manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist salesman in completing credit application and verifying Corporate names with CA SOS.
Preparation of sales estimate/quote.
Input into DMS including pulling credit bureau.
Acts as liaison with the Finance Dept of dealership.
Assists salesman in getting unit assigned and communicating with customer to set expectations.
Meeting with customer to sign loan documents.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Knowledge of personal computers and dealership inventory software programs preferred with excellent knowledge and demonstrated mastery of Microsoft office, with skills using Excel, Access, and Power Point presentations.
