Finance Associate

Fast growing dealership looking to hire a finance associate. Excellent growth opportunities.

Position will assist the finance department of a truck/trailer dealership located in Fontana. The Finance Associate provides administrative support to the Director of Finance and the finance department.

Responsibilities:

Credit application initial review and follow up with customer as needed to complete.

Input into DMS including pulling various credit reports.

Doc preparation and coordinating GPS install.

Assisting in doc signing with customer.

Scan final deal into DMS. Coordinate insurance/title/ACH.

Coordinating between various depts. as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Knowledge of personal computers and dealership inventory software programs preferred with excellent knowledge and demonstrated mastery of Microsoft office, with skills using Excel, Access, and Power Point presentations.
