Fast growing dealership requires clerk to perform the following tasks. Excellent opportunity for growth.

1. Scanning of files,

2. Making calls to get paperwork signed and following up on all original signatures being mailed in.

3. Calling customers to come pick up plates/Fedex plates and MSO's to banks and DMV services.

4. Preparing DMV packets/truck packets for customers to sign and assisting customers.

5. Organizing MSO/Titles as they come in. (filing them by work order#)

6. Answering phones and directing phone calls

7. Helping with office errands such as picking up checks from main office and dropping off to vendors.

8. Buying office supplies

Skills required:

Proficient in Microsoft Windows

Typing speed 30 wpm

Great communication skills

Team worker

Experienced in meeting deadlines.

At least 2 years work experience

Dealership experience preferred.
