We are seeking a very organized individual able to balance both customer service and administrative support functions in a family owned Warehouse Store - Manufacturing - Production Environment. We have been in business since 2001. We operate a Southern California Store and ship our custom products daily throughout the country. In todays world we want you to know you will be operating in comfortable environment - however within our own "bubble" we follow strict Covid 19 procedures. Customers enter thru a gate - must wear a mask - social distance - we have full supply of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Employees and suppliers that enter thru the back pass thru a chained door and follow the same procedures.

In this position you will wear multiple hats to show your flexibility as you handle a wide range of activities. This is a very active "hands on" position as you will divide time between customer service, office clerical, warehouse store sales. website sales and manufacturing support functions.

We are looking for a Potential Long-Term Employee - to work in our employee friendly environment. We are very supportive of personal lifestyle needs that might interact with your working schedule.

Once you gain an understanding of what is expected - you will be working without direct supervision on the day to day activities. The ideal candidate must have the ability to perform Above Average Customer Service in our retail store and by email and phone.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Verbal and Written -always professional, responsible and time sensitive - inbound and outbound telephone and email communication

Generate quotes and follow up to create sales from potential internet customers is a big part of this position

Perform a multitude of routine daily office tasks

Sales and maintenance in our Central Orange County Warehouse Retail Store

Help with Social Media - Customer Reviews

Customer Care Problem Solver - Point person for immediate resolution of customer support issues.

Direct Interaction with all company Retail Store and Production Associates in the daily flow of business.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - (An absolute must).

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Strong attention to detail - Work with Accuracy

Ability to understand and make decisions to solve problems

Strong organizational skills

Decisive - Confident - Ability to react quickly with sound judgement

Helpful Qualifications - A Plus but not required:

Working Knowledge of Adobe Products - Photoshop and Illustrator

This is a Full Time Position Immediate availability for right candidate
