Contract Attorney/Clerk-Motion Practice

Small (growing) Civil Litigation practice looking for attorney/clerk with experience in law and motion as well as discovery practice.

Must have prior experience drafting and opposing Motions to Compel discovery, Demurrers, Discovery Motions, Motions for Summary Judgment, drafting and responding to written discovery involving both State and Federal jurisdiction.

Must be available 10-25 hours/week for current tasks with the ability to take on additional tasks.
