Business manger - personal assistant.

Must be organized, reliable, self motivated and great on the phone.

Job description

Supervise clerical staff and other employees.

Design work schedules and organize customer service routes.

Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies.

Answering phone and scheduling appointments.

Support owner in daily task, invoicing, emails, estimates.

Run errands.

Help with daily time management.

Part time around 15-20 hours a will become a full time job.

Work from home and at shop.

Pay based on experience.
