Demolition Company is seeking A Long-Term Office Manager .

Required Qualifications :

- Exceptional communication and organization skills

- General office experience and computer skills are a must

- Basic knowledge of Bookkeeping

- Strong multi tasking skills and problem solver abilities

- Self-induced and team orientated

Position duties to include but not limited to:

- Review and monitor all contracts, contract drawings and address any change orders

- Working with customers and company representatives to expedite project process

- Collect and process project payments and permit execution.

This position is much more than answering phones. It is all about coordinating, processing, follow up, implementations.

Pay range from 15 to 25 (DOE)

Candidate must have strong work ethic and good integrity.

Work independently and be able to take instruction as well as implement new stream line strategies for better efficiency.
