skilled carpenter

We are in search of a skilled laborer to a semi-skilled carpenter which will work side by side with the owner digging, setting post or piers, making re-enforced rebar, humping fence material, pergola material, gazebo material, pole barns, sheds, lean-2's and garages climbing, staining & painting (owner is allergic) must be able to work for 8 plus hours in rain, snow and sunshine!

We are insured but would be expecting you to achieve your own trade name from the Colorado State Secretary asap, no longer than 30 days of starting. You Are Not An Employee, but a CONTRACTOR (you pay your taxes)

We Never pay cash the company will not pay the taxes on cash with drawls for your requirements Which means not pay same day either (sometimes a client will pay for staining in cash but don't count on it happening but once a blue moon)!

AND, we will never pay you via some app you want to Ever this is a business, you'll not tell me how you need to be paid, we can direct deposit of check.

We accept jobs from Wellington-Erie (99% of time in Berthoud, CO.) But, I ask to travel if we need to work, say Limon, CO.

I'm not asking for a guy with all the tools, but it would be nice not to have mine disappear.

Drivers license (I have to, so do you) required, my insurance will verify.

Pay is commeasurable with skill set and work ethic.

The pay schedule will be set out prior to any work proformed.
