Carpenter/Fabricator

The CounterKulture Design Studio is looking to hire a bright, creative and motivated individual to be part of our growing team. We are the leading producer of decorative concrete countertops, sinks, furniture and other fine home elements in the Four Corners. Through our sister company VanLAB we offer custom van conversion services. Our team tends to flex around a bit and everyone helps out wherever it's needed.

This is an entry level position with the plenty of room for growth and advancement. Primary responsibilities include custom formwork, casting, polishing and sealing of our various concrete offerings, working directly under our shop lead. We seek individuals who like to be challenged, want to learn and grow their skill sets and enjoy a creative team environment. An eye for detail and a high standard of the work you put out is an absolute must. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs regularly, be on your feet all day and keep on task independently. General construction or trade experience is preferred and a background in fabrication, metalworking or design is a plus. Typical shop schedule is Monday-Thursday 8 - 6. Most work is in the shop with some site work required for installation.
