Job Description
We are looking for an Integration Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO function that’s part of the Strategy and Architecture team in defining and implementing the integration technology landscape for Balsam Brands. The ideal candidate would be hands-on and prescribe the overall integration architecture that ensures overall integrity of the solution, including consistency across applications. You are a self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and a passion to solve complex business needs and technology problems.
The Integration Architect will be a senior member of the CTO’s Strategy and Architecture team focused on leading and delivering key technology initiatives.
What you’ll do:- Initiating, leading and driving key discussions, reviews and technical delivery in line with agreed project and technology governance.
- Be hands on in designing, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using MuleSoft or Dell Boomi or similar platform.
- Understand and develop integration requirements documentation.
- Conceptualize and document the integration architecture.
- Discuss and finalize integration technology in consultation with the CTO function.
- Analyze source systems and source system data to assess constraints, data quality and gaps.
- Work with technical and business representatives to determine strategies for handling gaps/anomalies that are identified.
- Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as CRM, Commerce, Merchandizing, Order Management, Finance, Data warehouse.
- Establish architectural guidance and engineering practices and work closely with partners for the delivery of solutions, within the established guidelines and practices.
- A team player who is independent and takes initiative in ensuring results.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 5+ years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience in a middleware platform like MuleSoft / Dell Boomi / Jitterbit / APIGee.
- Experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and Micro Services architecture
- Able to design API centric solutions and API Design, Development Experience.
- Hands on experience in Microservices design and development.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment with Postman, Azure, Jenkins, GIT Hub.
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
- Expertise in Java/JEE/, SOA, ESB, Messaging, MuleSoft 3.x, 4.x, Any point API.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms.
- You are self-driven and motivated with entrepreneurial passion and desire to work in a result driven environment with varied responsibilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
