Job Description

This is Remote Work / Work From Home Positionwith occasional travel to onsite in Louisville, KY.

UAT Campaign testing and validation experience is highly desired.Drive the delivery of various marketing communications by performing implementation tasks and serving as the central point of execution activities. In partnership with various internal and external partners, evaluate operational feasibility, define execution strategies, and develop implementation and validation plans.Serve as conduit for successful content review tasks, including assignment of accurate disclaimers, document identification records, and implementation of legal, compliance and business reviews utilizing enterprise system tools.Successfully coordinate, execute and validate user acceptance testing utilizing knowledge of system capabilities and testing best practices.Assist in development of needed implementation tasks and steps for seamless integration by understanding the interaction and coordination needed between and across impacted distribution channels, systems and resourcesDevelop and implement on-going quality communication validation and monitoringSupport the efficient and accurate delivery of quality member communications across a wide range of implementation channels.Maintain strong working relationships while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence while providing oversight of flawless execution of initiatives.Leverage workflow software to manage the key steps of the delivery process.Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external partners in order to develop professional & comprehensive information to determine best approach for implementation.Participate in project meetings and serve as a resource on execution processesCollaborate with marketing and process professionals within various lines of businessEffectively manage work while serving in different capacities including project task coordination and execution, testing lead activities, and customer service issue research and resolution.Assist in the generation and provide insights to reporting of key performance metrics pulled from multiple sources summarizing quality and process adherence.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Marketing operations experience.UAT/campaign testing and validation experience.Strong consulting experience.Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel and Adobe).Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Strong proofreading skills with the ability to copy edit.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively with business areas in identifying and solving problems.

Preferred Qualifications:Be comfortable with ambiguity.Change management skills.Prior project management experience, including agile methodology.Strong facilitation skills.Experience creating process flows.Clinical, Pharmacy, Retail and Go365 system knowledge.
