Legal Assistant/Paralegal

The Eberst Law Firm, P.A. is looking for a licensed Florida attorney with 1 – 5 years of litigation experience. Responsibilities include research, written discovery, depositions, motions, reporting to Clients, and second chairing trials in the area of defense of first-party property claims. Position will be working under lead attorney, and must be able to take direction and constructive feedback. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills are a must.
