Home Health Care Agency is seeking Skilled Wound Care Nurses in the Broward County for Monday through Sunday visits.

Below is a list of required documents in order to apply:
Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card OR Negative COVID-19 Test Results (Must be within the past 2 weeks)
Driver’s License or State ID and Social Security Card
Level II Background
Home Health Aide Certificate (at least 75hrs) or CNA/RN/LPN/PT/OT Professional License
Current Physical with Chest X-Ray or PPD Results
o (physical must be within the past 6 months)
Current CPR/BLS Card
Updated In-Services: HIV/AIDS, OSHA, Domestic Violence, Dementia, Medical Errors, Fla. Nursing Law and Human Trafficking
o Note: Florida Nursing Law & Human Trafficking is required for nurses only.
o In-services should complete on an annual basis for HHA’s & CNA’s. Nurses are required to renew in-services every two years.
Professional Liability
o (coverage can be purchased in the office & payroll deducted)
Legal Documents: Permanent Resident Card, Voter’s Registration Card, Passport, or Employment Authorization Card
Car Insurance & Registration
