Immediate opening for a qualified Construction Superintendent (high-end residential in Palm Beach County) for a general construction company.
General Summary-Oversee all onsite construction activity including managing subcontractors and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include coordination of all all onsite construction including daily interaction with subcontractors, vendors, and building inspectors, scheduling all subcontractors and vendors throughout project duration, assurance of safety and compliance on the project, maintenance of asbuilt documents and delivering the project on-time and within budget.
Requirements are (5) years construction experience, experience in critical path scheduling, knowledge of local building codes and construction methods, strong organizational and management skills and the ability to recognize and resolve problems.
