We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to collect on their outstanding payments. Our Customer Service Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team.

Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.

Answer and manage outbound/inbound calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.

Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly.

Strive to meet and go above targets, goals, and quotas.

Aim for customer resolution and return.
