JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attending to new customers
- Attending to existing customers
- Attending to technicians
- Relaying messages both verbally and typed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must speak fluent english (bilingual is a +)
- Must be responsible and be able to arrive to work and on time
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must have a professional and polite personality
- Computer proficient
- Moderate to excellent typing skills
- Have strong customer service background (in person or on the phone)
- Must be able to consistently work well with others and in groups. (Team player)
WE HAVE 3 SHIFTS: (Being flexible is a +)
- Morning- 7am to 3pm
- Evenings- 3pm to 11pm
- Overnight- 11pm to 7am
30 minute lunch breaks are paid
WE OFFER:
-Steady full-time pay and overtime pay (time and a half)
