Maintenance Technician

At LSSI , our Maintenance team is not only skilled, courteous, and hard-working; but they also help transform the lives of those we serve each and every day. We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a tech you will make a unique and valuable contribution to our community by ensuring that our building appliances and infrastructure are functioning at peak of efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform routine janitorial duties of entire building and grounds, general maintenance repairs.

Perform on-call service and respond promptly to emergencies as scheduled,

Follow all standards regarding safety, licensing, regulatory and agency requirements.

Implementation of preventive maintenance program

Document work orders and complete other reporting functions as in compliance with LSSI and/or funding source requirements.

Able to assume minimal responsibilities for daily facility operations when Maintenance Manager is absent

Perform other related tasks as necessary or as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/Equivalent, Preferred trade/technical school training.

Driver's license & access to an insured vehicle

Preferred 3-5 years janitorial /maintenance experience.

Willingness & Ability to participate/obtain HUD, LSSI, OSHA, REAC, ECT Related
