Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator for Westgate Resorts is responsible for the following:

  • Participates in the development, implementation and management of various resort marketing campaigns including collateral development for resort amenities.
  • Participates in the development, implementation and management of various signage requirements requests by Risk Management, Resort Management and Executives including collateral development.
  • Creates of spreadsheets through Microsoft Excel to archive documents and manage projects. Updates project report, keeping track of statuses and deliverables.
  • Monitors content of company websites for the resorts, retail, spa and dining locations as well as content of other sites where WR brands are posted.
  • Provides multiple Website Management teams with the most up to date information regarding resort information, amenities, and photography.
  • Keeps track of monthly resort checklist updates to provide marketing collateral and in-room pieces necessary for the day-to-day resort operations.
  • Monitors inventory levels for print items to check low counts and put in replenishment orders as needed.
  • Liaison between Resorts and the roll-out of various campaigns and projects.
  • Visits Central Florida area resorts monitoring resort marketing communications campaigns.
  • Manages the on-going programs for resort amenities (Spas, Restaurants, Activities Departments, etc.).
  • Manages marketing calendar for Resorts keeping all departments up-to-date with promotional material needed.
  • Coordinates regular office duties including, but not limited to, invoice creation, shipments, resort marketing and hospitality purchases, filing, shredding, etc.
  • Initiates the creation of signage and creative requests for placement at marketing locations by closely communicating with the creative design department.
  • Manages client birthday gifts, holiday gifts and maintain client relations through VP of Marketing.
  • Manages filing on the interface including updating relevant company brandings standards as they develop.
  • Files, receives/sends documents, manages program tracking, and coordinates pick/ups and deliveries.
  • Works with various vendors and outside companies on projects.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
