- Primary Technical engineer on Projects to include Client onboarding, O365 and Exchange Migrations, Network Infrastructure/Equipment upgrade and deployments. Responsible for Project progression, reporting and client/management communications.
- Tech who delivers top level customer support and enjoys helping people
- Minimum of 5 years of senior technical experience in a Server/Network Admin role, MSP experience preferred
- Heavy internal documentation track record with outcome of helping your teammates gain more knowledge
- An expert with a proven track record in Microsoft Server Technologies
