Senior Director - Security TestingDo you enjoy dealing with the security challenges of a global organization?Would you like to take ownership for creating and leading security testing efforts for a large, global enterprise?Join our Enterprise Security TeamOur global Cyber Security team is responsible for managing all cyber security-related issues, incidents, and vulnerabilities across the company. We think strategically, execute programs locally and build resilience globally.Lead a team that keeps us safe and secureAs the Senior Director - Security Testing, you will be responsible for proactively uncovering digital vulnerabilities within our environment and ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Moreover, you will be collaborating with peer teams within Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance (CSRC), Digital Technology, Headquarters, and product companies to identify and implement technical improvements.As a Senior Director - Security Testing, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing the Enterprise Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, and Red/Purple team missions
  • Ensuring the fusion of threat intelligence drives the prioritization of vulnerabilities and overall remediation efforts
  • Determining the appropriate schedule and mix of external and internal vulnerability scans, manual security testing, and red team exercises
  • Developing close working relationships with technology owners and leaders to ensure Security Testing mission has the support, access, and permissions to conduct test operations
  • Providing quality control and oversight for testing reports, presentations, and brief-outs
  • Developing and presenting clear business recommendations to address vulnerability findings
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a minimum of 10 years' experience leading a vulnerability management, penetration testing, and/or red team organizations
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience conducting vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and/or red team exercises
  • Have executive-level written and verbal presentation skills
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College, or relative work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (required). We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
