Position:- DataStage Developer Location:- Hartford, CT Duration:- 12 Months Interview Mode:- WebEx /Video Call Client: CTS Description: JD: Position Summary Good communication and presentation skills Need one strong DataStage Tech lead with minimum 8 years of hands on experience in solution designing and developing ETLs using DataStage DataStage Big Integrate Knowledge of Hadoop Hive Spark Python will be required Working knowledge in UNIX shell scripting Working knowledge of TIDAL is preferred but not required The responsibilities of a DataStage Developer include creating designs running unit tests and providing estimations based on criteria Worked extensively in parallel jobs sequences and preferably in routines Good conceptual knowledge on data warehouse and various methodologies Strong SQL database skills in Teradata and other databases like Oracle SQL ServerDB2 etc Define the Development framework reusable templates based on the organization repository and past experience Allocate modules to developers for coding Provide inputs for setting up development environment Provide guidance to developers and set standards Review pseudo codes written by developers and provide a go ahead for code development The associate should be to work independently and act proactively
