The Digital Workplace Services group has established an innovation team that is seeking a Product Manager in support of evaluating and executing on opportunities across platforms, processes and technologies that can enhance the employee experience. This role will be responsible for the execution of the full product life cycle of multiple concurrent initiatives tasked with creating product strategy, coordination of feature definition, monitoring product agile delivery and outlining the product marketing strategy. The product manager will need to interact effectively with internal customers, vendors, and technical architects to facilitate the incubation of ideas to products. The ideal candidate will also have a background in evaluating, documenting and implementation of process automation, including low code solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Works collaboratively with stakeholders across Digital Workplace services organization to proactively identify ways to utilize emerging technologies like AI/Automation to solve problems and optimize experience. - Support and facilitate business ideation to clearly articulate and document the needs and opportunity - Demonstrate strong data and analytical expertise in the evaluation of issues and formulating value based prioritization of product opportunities. - Work closely with Technical Architects and Engineers to document and demonstrate the feature and product capabilities - Coordinate and support the development, implementation, and tracking of product and platform roadmaps - Collaborate and effectively communicate product strategy, features and marketing strategy to business, technical and executive leadership - Oversee product assessment, software packaging, custom scripting, pilot testing, user acceptance and communication, and remediation activities associated with large scale software deployments. - Identify opportunities to utilize automation technologies (UiPath desktop automation, ServiceNow workflow automation, Power Automate etc) to drive operational efficiencies - Demonstrate strong organization skills and identify opportunities optimizing internal team process and procedures. - Identifies and troubleshoots issues related to end user hardware, layered products, system, network, capacity and performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum: - 5+ years of experience Product Management - 3+ years of experience working in Windows 10 end user computing environment required - Excellent communication and people skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization - Ability to work with minimal direction, yet also able to work in team environment - Ability to analyze complex issues and get to root cause - Must have experience with and understand the urgency required for supporting production systems

Preferred: - BS/BA degree in related Information Technology field or equivalent work experience. - Experience with automation platforms like desktop automation, workflow automation - UiPath, ServiceNow, BluePrism, Power Automate and AI platforms like chatbot - Data analytics and reporting experience - Experience with machine learning algorithms and pipelines a plus Who We Are
