Project Manager Creative Communications - Culver City Overview of RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify any gaps between current and desired condition regarding regional priorities involving functions and responsibilities in his/her project team. • You will build scalable programs within Apple Music that achieve our objectives, and ladder up to broader business objectives, all while also supporting our partners and creators. • You're the central point person for campaign coordination across both the Apple and partner ecosystems, working hand-in-hand with marketing channel owners. • You will partner with other project managers in your team. • You will contribute ideas to brainstorm sessions. • Collaborate across team members both in and out of the marketing team, across functions including digital marketing, product marketing, publicity, editorial and programming, and label relations to deliver on our editorial priorities. • Use data to help inform marketing mix, program strategy, and decisions on campaign execution. • Write creative briefs and be a great partner to internal and external agencies • Manage delivery timelines and creative asset approvals. • In collaboration with project team, create and implement an effective method of user feedback and input on associated project assignments. • Lead the project team in the process of all planning, design, and construction activities. • Develop the project budget based on approved scope/quality and manage costs to remain within the budget constraints with the approved scope/quality. • Build and maintain project budget including securing internal approvals for capital funding Lead the development and management of the project schedule for timely completion of projects. • Assure that due diligence is used to ensure that all assigned projects are completed with the highest level of quality possible, always considering life cycle costs and budget achievement. • Experience handling marketing budgets, and highly skilled in running consumerfirst campaigns from start to finish • Strong relationship management abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills • Extraordinary organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment • Consistent track record of meeting deadline and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions • You possess a "can-do" attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues cross-cross-functionally, and when to apply common sense • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and upmost secrecy • Ability to prioritize, learn quickly, ad be flexible • You work well under pressure, are results-oriented, upbeat, and focused, with a strong passion to learn and succeed • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, and strong sense of professionalism • project types, including both high-profile and with aggressive schedule and budget challenges • Skilled in quality control/quality assurance methods and the ability to apply these principles. • Strong experience planning, tracking, evaluating, and reporting project design and construction activities • Ability to evaluate/analyze project information and utilize automated information management systems • Skilled in providing the highest level of customer service/satisfaction Education & Experience Key Qualifications 6+ years successful experience with progressively growing responsibility for management & development. Bachelors Degree in Communications / Marketing or equivalent Skilled in administration and management of personnel, design professionals, project management. Ability to effectively and efficiently organize these diverse work efforts into a productive team Skilled in the administration and management of multiple design projects occurring concurrently
