Help Desk Technician - St. Louis, MO 63141 - On-site Full Time - 9-5 - Great Benefits Ideally looking for someone with 2+ years technical support experience with certification. Typical Responsibilities:

  • Answer Help Desk phone calls
  • Walk-In Help Desk support
  • Create Help Desk Tickets
  • Windows Computer cleaning, rebuilding, troubleshooting
  • Support email in Outlook, Office 365, Cloud Archiving, Spam Filters
  • VOIP Telephony Support
  • Network troubleshooting, physical and logical: TCP, UDP, WAN/LAN, Wifi, VPN, VLAN
  • Working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 Admin Center
  • Printer troubleshooting, networking, sharing
  • Audio Video Conference Support
  • Moving computer hardware and inventory tracking
  • Document new technical solutions
  • Evening & Weekend shift on rotation
