Link Technologies is currently seeking a Project Manager for a client headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. This is on onsite opportunity, with a heavy focus on room controls and smart technology in a casino/resort environment. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects related to the installation of smart technology. QUALIFICATIONS
- OSHA-10 Certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of starting
- 2+ years’ experience supporting or coordinating projects
- Experience working with vendors, planning schedules and deliverables, coordinating contractors, etc.
- Strong knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems, lighting control, and HVAC
- Experience with smart room technology e.g. control and automation systems
- Experience with Creston, Inncom, Control4, or Interel preferred
- Prior experience supporting projects in the hospitality industry preferred
- Overseeing projects to include scheduling, allocating resources, deliverables, and budgets
- Conducting regular meetings to determine project status
- Compiling reports and updates to communicate to senior leadership
- Ordering equipment and supplies necessary for project completion
- Working with vendors and contractors for equipment and resources
- Using hand tools to assist with installation tasks as required
- Overseeing safety of team and contractors, ensuring all workers are wearing required PPE
