This role has the potential to convert for the right candidate.In this role you will help with:- working cross-functionally, developing and executing consumer acquisition strategies through marketing campaigns - collaborating with sales leaders and category management team to identify growth opportunities based on key consumer insights and competitive analysis and GTM plans - in partnership with eCommerce team, developing, implementing and managing performance marketing programs across various marketplaces- developing/optimizing processes to further integrate performance marketing into our eCommerce/Omnichannel ways of working and best practices - assisting the CMO to develop annual budget recommendations based on data and business goals- performance analytics and optimization recommendations for customer acquisition programs including field marketing and retail marketing, providing timely ROI updates to internal stakeholders, including sales and leadership teams, plus external partners - creating content, working closely with marketing team, agency partners and VP of BrandThe marketing manager will have:-5+ years of experience-CPG marketing experience- experience with eCommerce and affiliate marketing programs- experience managing digital campaignsSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to:
