TSR is a premier National U.S. Staffing company with over 50 years of staffing excellence.Our client has a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator position available on a 6 month contract basisLocation: Englewood Cliffs, NJManage job postings and virtual interview coordinationManage offer processing in system (via Taleo/WD and Docusign) for interns as well as intern-to-FTE conversion at completion of program including:Offer Details Input and Process incl. housing stipend processing, background check submission and new hire packets requests.Manage post-offer acceptance process including laptop request (and shipping due to remote) in partnership with local Geo IT. Further, collect/terminate access of laptops at completion of internshipSubmit reimbursement process (for interns joining and leaving UL)Managing exits and extensions of internsAd hoc data input updates including line manager changes/ cost centers changeBachelors Degree required3 years of strong data management and data integrity skills working inside ATS and HRIS required (Workday preferred)Experience with automation/integrated systems a plusCustomer-service oriented mindset, excellent communications and positive response rate a must Regards,Senior Technical Recruiter
