OverviewWe are seeking a person that has a strong combination of technical skills and a can-do attitude to support a call center of about 50 representatives. This role will also be responsible for:Responsibilities
- Maintaining inventory of hardware
- Deploying new computers for new hires
- Installing basic business software
- Supporting the VOIP system
- Monitoring LAN
- Min. 2 years in an IT support role in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating systems
- VPN and Wi-Fi support expertise
- Some exposure to Active Directory
- Strong attention to details, professional and willingness to help less technical colleagues
