Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of Marketing and Sales requests using a custom help desk system
  • Management of Leads Queues and Lead Inbox
  • Handle Prospect Calls via 800-line
  • Management of incoming Leads for Sales (Large Imports)
  • Proactively seek out and identify system changes needed
  • Ongoing system maintenance (process configuration, manual or mass updates)
  • Development and maintenance of new business processes within CRM to improve efficiency and enhance productivity
  • Configures, develops, and test processes based on individual project requirements (New fields, new objects, workflows, validations)
  • Support Onboarding and Offboarding User process (SFDC and other tools user creation and license assignment)
  • Partner Creation and Partner Community Maintenance (creating new Partners and assisting the Partner Alliance Team)
  • Biweekly deployments using VS Code & Github
  • Create and maintain process documentation

Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM as an admin and not just an end user
  • Experience training end users on tools and applications including Salesforce.com
Location: RemoteContract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension or hire.
