Job DetailsWe are looking for Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in Arlington, WA.In this role, you will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of our all-electric airplane by designing, testing, and validating products/processes from prototype to market.Responsibilities:Represent the avionics system in the design, integration, test, and flight.Write, Manage and Allocate requirements for AvionicsDefine and manage the interfaces between the avionics and the satellite systemsWork with the satellite systems SME's on displays requirements developmentWorking closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment to develop specifications and statements of work for a variety of complex systemsPerforms stakeholder needs analysis, a technical measure definition, and requirements analysis, allocation, and definitionAssists with various analyses to optimize the total system of systems and system architectureVerify avionics system test coverage on fight or flight-representative hardware at the system level and validate as-built vehicle is cleared for flight."Design electrical harnessing for flight and test applicationsSupport operations in the execution of ground and flight test operationsOther duties may be assignedRequirements:'Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace engineering4+ 'years' experience with Avionics Systems Engineering principles within an aircraft development processExperience in using Jama Software is preferred.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced companyExcellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to be resourceful, and the ability to exercise creative thinkingAbility to travel as neededInterested in hearing more?
