- Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Minimum of three (1-3) years of IT experience required.
- Between 1-3 years of experience providing Help Desk Support.
- I.T Support experience a plus.
- Experience with or exposure to the following:
- Operating systems: Windows 7, 10, OS X.
- Configure, install, troubleshoot, and repair computers.
- Office Productivity Software: Office 2010 and 2016.
- Experience in showing consistent high quality customer service and reliable work habits.
