- Managing personnel community of users, onboarding of IT support.
- Liaison between owner and their IT vendors and act as consultants for any network issues and or modifications
- Applications such as Office365, any application they use.
- Provide software upgrades and patches for all identified applications including network equipment and workstations
- Asset Management for devices
- Monitoring of Hardware Failures and issues, Software Patches, and updates.
- Automation and deployment of any IT Task or Process
