Enterprise Azure Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Enterprise Azure Architect in Plano, TX. Summary:This role will be the lead for a team responsible for designing of platforms, systems, and data warehouse solutions to ensure robust campaign management, decision execution, performance monitoring, and risk-related data management. This team member must be highly dynamic, strategic, bold, curious, and highly collaborative. It is highly preferred that the candidate possesses a broad and deep understanding of digital capabilities in the lending space, must have a solid grasp of consumer behavior and trends, and curiosity and desire to help with constructing the vision and roadmap to achieve a quantum leap in our analytic capabilities and digitization through the implementation of cutting-edge tools, technologies, enhanced data, and highly integrated systems and processes. This position reports directly to the SVP of IT & Data Management and will interface regularly with senior leaders from the across the organization. In addition, this individual will be a part of discussions and negotiations with external partners and cutting-edge vendors in the field of data management and analytics and machine learning.Responsibilities Include: Cloud migration strategy including defining roadmap and technical direction Enterprise analysis, design, planning and implementation of cloud adoption Team lead and mentor for implementing strategies and ensuring self-explanatory, clean code is written Implementing re-engineering strategies Building ETL pipelines Making frequent, small releases producing the same, predictable results Peer code reviewsREQUIREMENTS: Experience in solution conceptualization and technical architecture design for data warehousing and data lake initiatives on the Azure cloud Hands-on implementation expertise Knowledge of hybrid environment architecture Experience with cloud DevOps solutions and cloud data and application migration Experience in working with SSIS/Apache NiFi packages for ETL Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Python,/Java, and SOAP/REST Web Services Expertise in database concepts and optimization of complex queries. Experience with database versioning, backups, restores and migration, and automation of the same Ability to perform database performance tuning queries Expertise in data security and integrity Experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and software engineering methodologies Experience working in agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment Expertise in web server ecosystems, TDD, CI tools like Jenkins, Hudson and Bamboo, complexity analysis and performance optimization Deep knowledge of server configuration / deployment infrastructure Experience using source control and bug tracking systems, writing user stories and technical documentation Self-Learner: You must be extremely hands-on and obsessive about delivering clean code Sense of Ownership: Do whatever it takes to meet development timelinesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
